1. Why do you want to become an Assistant Admin?
I want to become an Assistant Admin because I genuinely enjoy helping people and contributing to a fair and enjoyable roleplay environment. I have spent a lot of time on the server, understand the rules well, and I often help other players whenever I can. Becoming an Assistant Admin would allow me to support the admin team, reduce their workload, and help maintain high-quality RP on the server.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
I have experience in the city in LSPD , SAHP , FIB ,GOV , NG , Ballas , Bloods , Families , Vagos and currently in a unoff. Fam (and all of the Orgs HC) . Through these roles, I learned how different sides of the city work and gained a good understanding of roleplay situations and player behavior.
3. What are your strengths?
My strengths are patience, fairness, and good communication. I stay calm in stressful situations, listen to both sides before making decisions, and try to be as objective as possible. I am also active and reliable when I commit to something.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I can be a bit too perfectionistic and spend extra time making sure everything is done correctly. However, I am working on finding a good balance between efficiency and accuracy.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by being Assistant?
I can bring strong rule knowledge, good judgment in player disputes, and a respectful attitude toward both players and staff. I am willing to learn, accept feedback, and improve continuously. I can also help with reports, questions, and general player support.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
Currently, there are no IRL issues that would prevent me from being active. I can maintain consistent activity and inform the team in advance if anything changes.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or know for your application?
I am highly motivated, loyal to the server, and serious about this position. I understand that being staff comes with responsibility and professionalism, and I am ready to represent the admin team in a respectful manner at all times.
