So your IDs would be (minimum) 125112, 136767, 375551, 462946, 525036 just by what you claim.
So what exactly now is the issue? You are correctly banned you spam accounts. Even in the DMs you show here, you stating that you not "breaking any rules now". You already have too many accounts and escape existing bans by banevade, something we do not tolerate.

This is not any issue of the admin, especially as I do not understand what you try to report the admin here for with "using OOC Proofs" - an admin at all times is an OOC Character, punishments are never about IC proofs? That would be for ingame law enforcement.
I think you misunderstand how all of this works
