1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   
   1. so i have been playing EN 2 from a long time like 10-11 Months, i have done good amount of RP i also been leader 3 times in EN 2, first i served as 2 successful Term as SHERIFF, 1x Ballas Leader and then Governor. i have experience of Both side of RP state and gangs, with this knowledge it will help me in solving conflicts between players easily and smoothly. I really enjoyed my RP life and now i think its the right time to move forward leave RP and expand my boundaries also to help the players.

   2.1 I can understand the things/work fast.
   2.2 leadership skills.
   2.3 I respect people's not there ranks.
   2.4 Knowledge of both side of RP life's to solve conflict in players easily.
