past Experience in High Command in EN 2: I have been playing in the city for 1 year and have held top positions in almost every legal organization. My past experience includes: assistant chief of police in LSPD, Assistant General in NG, Assistant Sheriff in SAHP, Chief of Staff and Hod. Dhod in FIB, Director and Deputy Director in GOV,
Because of this, I know exactly how to run a department and handle pressure situations without panicking.
Honesty and No Favoritism: My main goal is to run a clean and honest term. In my term there will be Zero Favoritism. Ranks will be given strictly according to experience and work If someone works hard they get promoted if they are inactive they don't.
Best HR Team & Training: A lot of new players join LSPD but don't know the rules I will create the Best HR Team focused only on training We will not just give them a badge we will teach them how to arrest how to talk and how to patrol This will make sure our officers are professional.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization:
Maximum Numbers in Events: My target is to have the maximum number of LSPD officers in every event like Store Robbery Submarine etc We will show the city that LSPD is the strongest force.
Best Bonus System: To keep officers motivated I will introduce the best bonus system I will give cash rewards from my own pocket and the org budget to officers who attend events and stay active
Strict Discipline: Since I have been in all legal organization I like discipline I will ensure no one is toxic or messing around on the radio We are here to enjoy the game but duty time should be serious. copy from my own application
