Life Story:
Kai was born and grew up in the countryside of Baku, where corruption and power, reasonably speaking, are louder than law and justice. His mother was giving her best to take good care of her son as she worked at multiple jobs. However, his father was rarely around and eventually disappeared from his life permanently. Even at his young age, Kai found out the fact that sometimes you need to break the rules to survive under harsh circumstances. When he was a teenager, he somehow managed to stay away from criminal activities, even though his close friends were involved in such activities. He watched his friends doing smuggling, bribery, and such, but preferred to be on the observer side, not a participant. Those experiences taught him how to manage and control emotions under stressful conditions and led him to be a kind of nonchalant person. However, after witnessing his best friend being killed over a territorial dispute that the authorities chose to ignore, Kai quit believing in the existence of pure justice. That was the time when he decided to gain power instead of being impotent. In this manner, he made up his mind to become a part of the system because he knew that it was the only way to change the outcomes.
Career Story:
Upon arriving in Los Santos, Kai applied to join law enforcement, believing that his knowledge of the streets would give him an advantage. He luckily was accepted into the Los Santos Sheriff's Department after tedious and intensive training and background checks. Kai managed to adapt to his job easily. Besides, the experience he gained in the streets made him an effective officer during investigations and patrols. Even though he seemed professional and disciplined, he commenced creating connections, both legal and illegal. After a few months, his reputation skyrocketed, and he started to be known as someone who can solve problems in short time frames. Consequently, he managed to get rapid promotions and trust from high command. Today, Kai serves as a US Marshal officer at SAHP and represents authority and order to the public. However, behind closed doors, he is aware of the fact that in a city like Los Santos, control is not only achieved through law but knowing when and how to bend it.
