2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans: When i came to the city my goal was to take a State Org and Serve with honesty and Bravery and SAHP is Giving me a Chance. I have alot experience in Crime but i dont get the Vibes i want and i always had Very good vibes from SAHP i have also served in NG as An LT General from which i got alot of experience about state orgs and i think i can maintaine SAHP how it should Be. Nowdays there is alot of Crime Rate and Legal Orgs are not active specially Highway Robberies. The most Good thing about SAHP is Its Jurisdiction which i personally love the most and its open and cool HQ gives me Cool Vibes.
SAHP maine work is to maintaine Highway and low the Crime rate on Highway but the Current Leaders are not leading how its meant to be Leaded. I spend a very good time in SAHP and i learned alot i did mistakes but i also learned alot and the peoples were very calm and friendly to me which nowdays Leaders and Leos are not calm they just want rank. State orgs are barely active and Leaders are also not trying to make them active. If i get the term of SAHP i will make it the most active org among all and i will make sure my Highway Patrol department is the most active from which the crime rate will decrease and Sandy shores and Paleto Bay will be save.
As a Leader Of SAHP my goal will be to Do fun and amzing events daily to attract Citizens to join SAHP and Serve with Honor. After Highway patrol my priority will be towards Human Resources Department because i think without a Good Human Resoureces team you cant Run a Term. As human resources work is to Train the New Comers and teach them everything i will Hire the best Peoples in Human resources so they does not do a mistake because if they do mistake then the other will learn it from them and then there will be Consequences towards the Org.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans : Active and Best Deputies will be Hired
2. No Favouriteism And Nepotism
3. Will make sure Lobby is coverd all the Time
4. Max bonus to my Team so they dont get offended
5. No toxicity
6. Regular Public events to attract citizens
7. Always listening to my curators
8. Friendly Enviroment Leos will be treated equally
9. I will make sure there is proper and daily Highway Patrols
10. Promotion Cermony Every Weak so my Team will be motivated.
