Answers :
2.1 My time as the Under Deputy of Marabunta in the EN03 has given me great experiences as an event organizer, managing crews, and ensuring compliance with our rules; my ability to remain calm during events has helped guide me through tough events. I believe my ability to lead and manage will translate to leading our gang. I have also concluded that my best chance of accomplishing something great for our family is to join the Ballas.
2.2 I have created a plan to create a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week gang and to serve as an ongoing resource for the City of Los Santos. I want all of the City to extend respect to our gang and include State Organizations.
2.3 I have a lot of good friends that are going to join me in creating a gang that will make history. I will also work to form an alliance with The Family to allow all of their members to join and participate in the resources provided by 24-hour, 7-day-a-week robberies of stores, hostage situations, FZ raids, and so on.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Answers:
3.1 At any given time, we will be able to participate in real hostage situations occurring within 24/7 businesses such as convenience stores, gun shops, and during FZ Raids.
3.2 The leader and Deputy Leader will be present to support all new members so that they may become familiar with the mission of our organization while creating a sense of teamwork and unity.
3.3 Every time we have a successful capture, we will establish and maintain control of the captured individual(s).
3.4 Our organization strives to cultivate an environment conducive to productivity and positive collaboration through the use of non-toxic behavior; members will respect each other and avoid unnecessary drama.
3.5 Prior to officially inviting someone into the membership of our organization, we will conduct a short interview with the individual we want to invite
