So, we were chasing ID 209939 for speeding and at timestamp 00:40, he shot me for no reason and without any demands - G.R. 6.15
ID 197815 killed me in the end who wasn't even involved in the situation, a third party - G.R. 6.15

there is sahp blocking engine of multiple gang cars who are going for clands even after knowing it right outside of cland area they blocked my engine and forced me to engage this fight because i have to enter the parameter as soon as it start to clear parameter as i am one of the best turfers right now in clands

Crazy. You don’t even know the rules. Did anyone kill you before you fired? No. You were the one who shot first.
We were police officers giving you lawful demands for overspeeding, not gang members who were there to interfere in event by killing you or doing any other rulebreak.
You shot me first with no valid RP reason. That’s RDM and you’ll be punished for it no matter how you try to twist the rules.

“One of the best turfers” who doesn’t know basic rules referring to ER 1.2.
This would’ve ended with a simple speeding fine, but the best TURFER thought firing first was smart by doing RDM.

i was also available at the situation right after thread owners pov ended i even patched the thread owner and politely told its a ooc event you guys cant interrupt in it and their units are blocking engine of gang members and its not allowed acc to event rule but still they kept interfairing and provoking so i want to request thread owner full pov of that situation aswell where he provoked ID 106561 by saying cry keep crying where you want this guys dont even know how to behave and comes to target other peoples please punish whole sahp with a org warn for mass rule break of er 1.2

here is my side of POV

you can see in my POV at 0:50 i came in Clands parking to let them know i was coming for Clands i was try to change location in between they block my engine
you can see in my POV i shot randomly just to scare them away so i will get enough time to go inside cland as i was one of the best turfer at clands from my gang i will then demand at 1:14 you have 5 sec to leave the area

Assuming that you will shoot at walls to scare away 2 officers is no excuse to do rule breaks. You did rulebreak by aiming and shooting at me first without any engagement/demands.
