As you can see in my recording, I was driving along my lane when a vehicle stopped in the middle of the road. Just as I passed right in front of it, it started moving and hit me. Then it came back even faster and deliberately hit me again. I did not hit it intentionally. Furthermore, the driver was going in the opposite direction, meaning in my lane.
