Hello, I was banned due to GR 1.4, but the reason for the ban is incorrect. I only have one smurf account, ID: 42407, and I created both my main account (ID: 39437) and the smurf account four years ago. However, I haven't logged into the smurf account (ID 42407) for years. I logged in and out for two minutes two days ago. I am the sole user of both accounts, and I don't care about the smurf account (ID 42407). I only want my main account (ID 39437) to be unbanned. I've been playing this game for four years, and all my hard work has been wasted due to this wrongful ban. I want my ban reviewed and lifted.
