on Wednesday I filed a complaint regarding OOC talk during a GOV wave. At the time, the administrator Amelie Awake noted down the name and informed us on site that we should mention her in the player complaint. However, this complaint has not been processed so far, even though it concerns a simple rule violation. Other complaints submitted later have already been reviewed and handled, which makes this delay difficult to understand. I kindly ask you to review this matter and check the status of the complaint.
