1. Why do you want to become an assistant admin?
because i want people to have more fun in the game and play in more fair environment i want to work in the admin team and and ... honestly i really like the disciplined system of the admin staff

3. What are your strengths?
to classify things as fairly as possible even when they are not exactly clear to earn peoples trust and belief that i am fair and also because i have admin exp on other servers so i know how to approach and communicate with people properly
4. What are your weaknesses?
sometimes my motivation to work can become so strong that i turn it into a competition and because of that it can turn into a trait that people and even other admins might feel intimidated by
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
i have around 5k hours on the fivem platform and i played both as a player and as an admin many times so i know the gta based roleplay system very well honestly my roleplay experience is very strong and i am confident in it but i also understand that this server is not focused on hard rp and that is completely fine for me i adapted to that without any issue
i have been playing rage mp for nearly 4 years and during that time i played on 3 different servers besides that i founded a server called ix roleplay and i also worked as an admin on other servers like fivelive and gtaw because of this i have solid experience in how admin work should be handled even though rules change from server to server the main logic always stays the same
i also had founder level experience before so i learned not only how to be an admin but also how admins should be managed how responsibilities should be shared and how this kind of work should and should not be handled from a management and responsibility point of view
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
no i also have the ability and the responsibility to give notice at least one month in advance if i ever need to step away or disappear for any reason
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
if my application is accepted and i start as an assistant i can guarantee that your workload will be reduced and that you will not need to look for new admins for a long time
