Hello Grand RP Management Team,
My name is Jhon Isaac. I have been actively playing on the Grand RP server for a long time and I am well familiar with the server rules, RP standards, and the community structure. Throughout my time on the server, I have closely observed both the player experience and the responsibilities of the administration team.
I am applying for the Assistant Administrator position because I want to contribute to maintaining server order, helping new players adapt to proper roleplay, and supporting fair and consistent rule enforcement. I remain calm in challenging situations, act impartially, and use authority responsibly for the benefit of the server rather than personal gain.
I have strong RP knowledge and I am patient when handling tickets and communicating with players. I prioritize respectful and clear communication while enforcing the rules. I am open to feedback and always follow the guidance of senior administrators.
I would be honored to be part of the Grand RP staff team and help maintain and improve the quality of the server. I am available for an interview or a trial period if deemed appropriate.
