Hello, I received a ban due to GR 1.4. My main account and smurf account have been permanently banned, but the reason for the ban is incorrect and different from what is written in the server rules. I only have two accounts: the smurf account with ID 42407 and my main account with ID 39437. I haven't created any other accounts besides these two. Despite using my smurf account, I was unfairly banned. The rules state that in version 1.4, having multiple additional accounts (Twinking) is prohibited | Permanent ban for all accounts except the main account. The main account will be banned for up to 60 days. I don't understand why I received such a ban when I only have two accounts, and the forms I've submitted are constantly being rejected. Because of this wrong decision, my account, which I've worked on for 4 years, has been permanently banned. Please help me with this; this decision is completely wrong.
