What ID 92707 did was provoking and fail RP, as he changed the size more than once.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
(Based on the POV, There is No Fail RP or Provoking in the POV)

FYI : There is No Fail RP as 10-15 can confuse and Talk like this to Confuse the arresting officer and waste their Time.
However, There is Rule Called "Provokation"​
