Life Story:
Noah was born in the paleto bay, his parent did not have money so they left him in the forests of paleto but Noah just did not know what was happening so he just walked and found the Lumber yard and some of the workers saw him and kept in a small house and gave him some food, As Noah started growing he had learn lot of thing and knew how do lumberjack work after sometime he also started working. Noah knew he has to do something so he could meet his parent again. After getting some money from work Noah joined a school in los santos where he learned about doctors after completing his school and college he finally become an doctor and went back to his city Paleto Bay after taking an 2 hours of trip in bus only to find that his parents where killed by some Police officers when they were trying to arrest some criminals and from then Noah set his plan to kill all the police officer who killed his parent...
Career story:
After graduating college Noah become an doctor do earn some money although he knew it was boring he just pretend to have fun to get bonus but he never got it and left the job and joined Government to know all the rules and how actually the leos work after spending lot of time in government staying outside of door selling insurance he found a new friend who was a criminal he forced Noah to join an blood where he could kill people and rob them it was the first time where Noah actually had fun but Noah liked purple colour more so he contacted with a Ballas leader and finally joined with them and become an terrorist but noah knew many thing about leo so he just joined lspd secretly and arrest some criminals who had robed him before and same thing happened Noah again got bored and left and joined the biggest leo org 'FIB' as he worked in FIB his old friend got in contact with Noah and told him he will give him money if he lets him gets released by jail and Noah got a best idea to earn money and that's what Noah did.
Outcomes:
1- Noah can take bribes (up to $100,000 with guns/ammo and other illegal stuff )
2-Noah can lie to 10-15's about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
3-Noah can attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam)
4-Noah can arrest someone for fake charges (with RP reasons)
5- Noah can arrest and break bodycam of other LEOS to protect himself (with RP reasons)
6-Noah can take money from others to be an hostage (up to $100,000)
7-Noah can run from the people who are telling him to pull over if there are only 3 people
8-Noah has a good driving skill so he can drive on grass and dirt(not ub)
9-Noah has good aim so he can try to kill people who are telling him to pull over not more then 3 people
