1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   
   1. I have spent a considerable amount of time on Grand RP and gained a solid understanding of the server rules, systems, and RP standards. At this point, I believe I can contribute more by becoming a trial admin rather than continuing my RP life. I enjoy helping players, especially newcomers, and guiding them in the right direction. I am aware that the trial admin role is a learning process, and I am ready to take responsibility, follow instructions, and improve myself under the admin team’s guidance.

   Calm, patient, active, fair, responsible, and open to learning.
   
   
3. What are your weaknesses?
   I sometimes overthink small details, but this helps me be more careful and improve my performance.
   
   
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   Clear and respectful communication, the ability to stay calm and neutral in reports, confident decision-making based on rules, and a strong willingness to guide and support new players in adapting to the server.

   No. I am a responsible adult and the owner of my own business, which allows me to manage my time efficiently. There are no IRL issues that would prevent me from staying active and fulfilling my responsibilities as a trial admin.

   I see the trial admin position as a learning process and I am fully open to improving myself. I am willing to accept feedback, learn from my mistakes, and adapt to the admin team’s standards. I value teamwork, clear communication, and professionalism, and I aim to support both players and fellow admins whenever needed.
