So I wanted to extend the rent of the shop.When I stoped talking to the NPC, the guy in C63s AMG coupe just ran me over with the car.I though he would apologize but he didn't even answer.

There is this issue with some players, where apparently some players don't show up on their screen. I'm a current EMS First Responder and I encounter this issue all the time where I can't even see the patient 1 feet away from em, I'll have to drive a distance and come back and the player would be rendered out.

No see THATS THE THING, it may have not rendered for him, and also I don't think he could hear you asking him to apologise because I also find it hard to hear
