He haven't uploaded the full first POV; he died in that one. There's only a 6-minute difference between the second and first POVs. They themselves broke the NLR rule, and in the first POV, at the 00:31 timestamp, you can see that he had a gun in his hand when he got out of the car. This is clearly (PG).
