Noah Shaz was born in Los Santos to Josh and Hanna Shaz, a hardworking couple who did everything they could to give Noah a stable life. Growing up, Noah learned early on that the city was a place where strength was rewarded and weakness was punished. Although his parents tried to keep him on the right track, the streets of Los Santos taught him lessons that no school ever could.
As a teenager, Noah became more independent and aware, learning how to survive, gain respect, and read people. When his family was having financial problems, Noah decided to do what it took to help out, making decisions that led him down a harder path in life.
Now, Noah is determined to build his future in Los Santos, whether it be legal or illegal, based on the principles of loyalty, discipline, and ambition. He knows that respect has to be earned, trust is a rare thing, and every move has consequences.
Career Story:
Inspired by desire for power and ambition Noah became ambitious to make a career out of law enforcement. He envisioned it as a vehicle to climb up the social rungs and have power in a city where power was in everyone's pocket.
Entering the ranks of the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) Noah soon established himself as a force to be reckoned with. His quick intelligence strategic mind and willingness to push the boundaries distinguished him from his colleagues.
Promoted through the ranks he eventually attained the role of Head of Department becoming one of the strongest agents within the agency.
But Noah's rise to power had a price tag. He was drawn into the corruption web that infested the LSPD by employing his office to promote his own interests and defend his own agenda. He ignored justice and used his power for self-interest while portraying himself as being professional and suave.
Though successful, Noah never lost touch with his origins or the sacrifices his parents had made for him. He took care of them well, seeing that they lived comfortable lives in their old age.
