This is a simple community event where citizens gather at the mall and show off their haircuts. Participants must have the most outrageous, unique, or eye-catching hairstyle. No special skills are needed—just visit the barber and choose a crazy haircut. Judges will compare all hairstyles and select the one that stands out the most.
How is the event won?
Each citzen will select one crazy hairstyle . From the mall , the most favored hairstyle overall will be awarded 1st Place
Prize for the winner:
1st Place – $200,000
