Hello Lebron, Floki, and Adham,
Hope you’re all doing well.
As Ive mentioned before, Ive been a regular EN1 player for a long time. The only thing I did was create a new account here, and after a few days I was banned from Arena for cheats, without any PC check.
I honestly don’t understand why this happening to me. Ive already shared multiple POVs including footage from the day I got banned and from days before that. I’m willing to provide even more if needed. Ive never used cheats or anything illegal ever.
This feels very unfair to me especially since I havent been given the chance for a PC check. which Ive requested multiple times. Im not trying to argue or avoid rules I just want the opportunity to clear this misunderstanding properly.
Ive also sent messages on DMs but havent received any response. I’d really appreciate it if someone could talk to me or at least reply there, Im only asking to be communicated with and for my case to be reviewed fairly at least through a PC check.
