Rejected NLR, Provoking, MG, GR 6.15, GR 3.1, 3.2 & 3.3

This is not a random attack that happened, this is a family called "pacino", they have been killing us non-stop while breaking every rule in the city (just because we didn't with them) we kept ignoring them for a few days, and involved an admin and one of them got severely punished. And yet these people haven't stopped breaking the rules from NLR, Provoking, MG, GR 6.15, GR 3.1, 3.2 & 3.3. We can act the same way and probably worse than they have been acting, but we would rather give respect to the server/admins and the rules it has been built on. Like I said it's not a one time occurrence, they've been doing this for more than a week and we still kept giving blind eye to it and just kept calling admins without any proper punishment, until now.
