Hello, I hope you are in good health.
My name is Billey Schaefer (236266). I sincerely apologize for submitting this appeal late, as this is my first time ever making an appeal and I was unsure of the proper process.
I was recently banned for ban evading, but I would like to clearly explain my situation. I am very new to this city and to GRP—I joined the server only about two weeks ago. Before that, I used to watch GTA roleplay videos on YouTube and after getting a new PC I downloaded GTA and joined this server for the first time.
During my early days, I was involved in criminal activities and got arrested once by the FIB. Out of curiosity, I asked how to join the FIB, and one FIB member helped guide me through the process. After that, whenever I used my microphone to speak, many players started telling me that my voice sounded like someone named “Alone Devil.” I honestly have no idea who that person is, and I have never played GRP or any RP server before this.
For further context, even 2–3 admins asked me the same question, saying my voice sounded similar to that individual.
The person who made the forum report against me blocked me when I tried to DM him to explain my side, so I was unable to clarify the misunderstanding directly.
And 2nd thing i found this guy XEN in one Discoed server and he called me and said that my voice is same his Friends voice idk who is that guy like everyone is asking me the same question.. POV
I would like to clearly state that I have never ban-evaded, I do not know who “Alone Devil” is, and this is my first-ever experience in GRP. I am agreeing to a PC check, to prove my innocence.
I kindly request you to please review my appeal and reconsider the ban. I genuinely enjoy playing on this server and would never intentionally break the rules.
