Event Title: The Governor’s Trap
The Organization: EMS
Date: 01.02.26 Time: TBD
Type: Gang vs. LEO Event: High-Value Hostage Rescue
The Story:
The governor was on his way to a meeting at the SAHP (Highway Patrol) office. Suddenly a gang attacked his car and kidnapped him! They have taken him to Medlabs. The gang wants the governor to put his sign to some paper that will close a government department. The LEOs have got to save him before he puts pen on it, and EMS has taken up monitoring his health.
Objectives
Gangs:
Keep the governor inside Medlabs.
o Defend the doors and stop LEOs from entering.
o Goal: Force the Governor to sign the paper (takes 10 minutes).
o If LEOs get too close, threaten to kill the governor.
LEOs:
o Surround Medlabs and try to talk to the gang (negotiate).
o If talking fails, rush inside and save the governor.
o Handcuff the gang members (/me handcuffs)
EMS:
Wait for LEOs to clear the building.
o Go inside and treat the Governor’s injuries.
o RP: /me checks Governor's pulse, and /me gives water.
Rules No Healing: You cannot use medkits or food during the fight.
Admin Gear: Only use the guns and armor the admin gives you.
Wait for EMS: If the governor is saved, he cannot move until EMS helps him.
Admin Requirements
Spawn Players: LEOs at SAHP; Gangs at Medlabs.
Items: Provide assault rifles and 1 armor for everyone.
The Scene: Put a desk and chair in Medlabs for the Governor. Put 2-3 walls (barricades) at the front door.
Vehicles
LEO: Police cruisers and SUVs.
Gang: Blacked-out SUVs or "Jugulars."
Win Conditions
Gang Win: If the governor signs the paper (10 minutes pass) or all LEOs are gone → $500k split.
LEO Win: If the governor is rescued and the gang is caught → $500k split.
Locations:
LEOs Spawn: SAHP Headquarters.
Gang Spawn: Medlabs.
