Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because I want to help the server by maintaining fair gameplay and assisting players rather than focusing on my own RP. My time in state organizations helped me understand rules, common player mistakes, and how situations should be handled correctly. As an admin, I want to resolve issues calmly, support new players, and make sure rules are applied equally to everyone.
What are your strengths?
My strengths are patience, fairness, and good rule knowledge. I stay calm in difficult situations and prefer listening to all sides before making a decision. I am active, disciplined, and open to learning from senior admins.
What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I focus too much on details, which can slow me down. I am working on improving this by managing time better and prioritizing important situations first. I am always open to feedback.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring strong understanding of state RP, rule enforcement, clear communication, and a fair mindset. I can handle reports professionally, guide players properly, and help maintain a non-toxic environment on the server.
