Rejected MK, RDM, Fail RP, Shooting IC | 87004 & 0000 & 283692

Hello, dear admin
Today i was patroling around with my car ID 283692 shoot around for some reason that idk i was arresting him other players said me you cant shoot bla bla...
Then i was heading to DOC but ID 87004 engine blocked me for no reason i think thats Fail RP then i tried to protect myself but i cant
After some time ID 0000 shoot to my 10-15 ID 283692 killed him and MK ed him
I want those all guys will receive a punishment for this action and will not repeat it in the future
