Hello,
I would like to respectfully appeal the warning I received for anti-AFK. This is my first warning. I carefully reviewed the server rules and could not find any rule that explicitly states that anti-AFK behavior is prohibited. The only mention of AFK is in Rule 6.2, which applies specifically to going AFK during an active RP situation. In my case, there was no ongoing RP that I was trying to avoid. If anti-AFK is considered a rule violation on its own, I believe this should be clearly stated in the rules so players can be aware of it. Otherwise, it becomes difficult to follow rules that are not written or documented. I would not have engaged in this behavior if I had known it was against the rules. Punishing a player for something that is not clearly mentioned feels similar to being punished for a law that does not exist, which I believe is unfair. I am always willing to follow the rules as long as they are clearly defined. I am now aware that this is a rule violation, and I can assure you that this behavior will not happen again. I also believe that this is a very harsh punishment for someone’s first offense, however that is not for me to decide.
I kindly ask for this warning to be reconsidered, and I appreciate your time and understanding.
Thank you
