1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
My motivation to become an admin comes from wanting to contribute to the server on a larger scale. I have experienced both good and bad situations in RP, and I believe I can help prevent issues before they escalate. Being part of the admin team allows me to protect the quality of roleplay, support players when problems arise, and ensure the server remains organized and enjoyable. I am comfortable leaving my RP-life behind if it means improving the overall experience for everyone. - 2. What are your strengths?
I am level-headed, consistent, and respectful in the way I deal with others. I can handle pressure without letting emotions affect my decisions. I also have strong listening skills, which helps me understand situations clearly before taking action. Once I commit to something, I take it seriously and follow through
3. What are your weaknesses?
At times, I can be too cautious when making decisions because I want to be sure I am doing the right thing. This can slow me down slightly, but it also helps me avoid mistakes. I am learning to become more confident and efficient while maintaining fairness.
I can bring clear communication, good judgment, and a cooperative mindset. I work well within a team, respect the chain of command, and adapt quickly to server policies. I am also comfortable handling reports, explaining rules to players, and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
5. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
There are no serious IRL issues that would prevent me from being active. During exam periods my availability may be slightly reduced, but I will still remain responsible and communicative with the team.
6. Anything else we should take into consideration or know for your application?
I take this application seriously and see the admin role as a responsibility, not a privilege. I respect the rules, value teamwork, and understand the importance of neutrality. If given the opportunity, I will represent the admin team with maturity and professionalism.
