Hello. I want to point out that a specific admin is not doing their job. I was stuck in a different dimension and called for help, but he refused to assist me. This isn't the first time; I have seen him refuse to help others many times before.

I know this might be the wrong section to post this (I wasn't sure where else to go), but please let him know that an admin's duty is to help players, not ignore them.
