I was going back to my home and I saw an on duty officer with ID 229108 in ghetto which is SR 5.5 and when I asked him for his ID he didn't show me which is GR 6.4

Hello Administration Team,
I would like to clarify the situation and explain my actions respectfully.
At the time, I was on duty as FIB and working undercover. I received information about a stolen vehicle, and while moving to check it, I intentionally avoided passing through the main Ghetto (Red Zone). This is clearly visible in my POV, as I chose an alternative route specifically to avoid entering the Red Zone without a valid reason.
When I reached the individual related to the vehicle, he fled, and while attempting to follow him, he entered the Red Zone. I immediately asked my colleagues whether I was allowed to continue directly into the Red Zone while on this mission, and I was advised not to proceed, so I turned back, respecting the rules.
Later, while repositioning, I passed through a small side area near the Ghetto, not the main Red Zone where the suspect had fled. During that moment, I encountered an injured individual on the road, and I stopped only to revive him, acting out of roleplay responsibility and not for any enforcement or pursuit purpose.
While reviving, another individual approached me and requested my ID. I refused to provide my ID because I was undercover FIB, and revealing my identity would have broken my roleplay and job duties. My refusal was not out of disrespect, but strictly to maintain my undercover status.
At no point did I intentionally patrol, operate, or engage in enforcement inside the Red Zone without proper justification. I made conscious efforts to avoid the Ghetto, followed guidance from colleagues, and acted in good faith throughout the situation.
I respectfully ask the administration to review this explanation alongside my POV to better understand the context.
