1 building a professional and proud ems team
i want to transform our ems department into a highly organized and professional team that takes pride in every call ems is one of the most important organizations on the server and i want every member to feel respected confident and supported in their role my goal is to make players proud to wear the uniform and know that their leadership is fully backing them

i have extensive experience managing teams and resolving conflicts in roleplay settings i understand how to coordinate members with different personalities toward a shared vision as a leader i will ensure shifts run smoothly responsibilities are clear and everyone knows exactly what is expected creating a professional and efficient ems department

all ems personnel should be trained to handle every aspect of their role professionally this includes learning proper medical procedures and practicing realistic injury treatment to make each scene feel authentic
2 strong communication and teamwork
members should stay in character make proper radio calls and support each other during scenes effective communication ensures that every roleplay scenario feels coordinated professional and immersive
3 focus on story driven roleplay
ems should go beyond reviving players members should ask questions develop scenarios and create meaningful interactions during every call each incident should tell a story making ems scenes engaging for all players
4 collaboration with other organizations
ems should actively work with other agencies including lspd and gangs to design interactive scenarios this collaboration allows for longer more engaging roleplay events that elevate the overall server experience
