experience and understanding of gang roleplay
i want to lead marabunta grande because i understand that gang roleplay is not only about shooting and turf wars but also about coordination loyalty planning and discipline marabunta has always been known for unity and strong street presence and i believe with proper leadership the gang can regain that identity and remain consistent and respected in the city
second reason
activity and motivation
one of the main issues gangs face is inactivity during certain hours my goal is to keep marabunta active throughout the day by encouraging ghetto presence events and internal activities an active gang creates more roleplay opportunities and keeps members motivated i want my term to be known as a highly active and organized one

fair leadership and discipline
i strongly believe that favoritism damages organizations ranks and responsibilities should be earned through contribution behavior and trust as leader i will ensure that high command positions are given only to experienced members through proper evaluation this will help maintain discipline reduce conflicts and build trust within the gang

to improve roleplay in marabunta grande members should focus on realistic gang behavior instead of rushing situations communication during turf defenses events and interactions with other gangs is very important
new members should be guided properly and taught gang rules and basic rp standards by seniors this reduces rule breaks and improves the overall quality of roleplay
teamwork is also essential when members move together plan together and respect the chain of command the roleplay automatically becomes more immersive and enjoyable for everyone involved
