As stated by Pablo, my rev skin was considered illegal. My understanding of the rule was that the rev skin should not exceed knee length.
As shown in this video, the maximum length of the skin is up to my character’s knee:
There was no intention to break the rules; this was a mistake due to a misunderstanding of the rule.

please consider my situation and reduce my punishment.
