2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have been playing on this project for almost 4 years i gained alot of experience knowledge and learned alot of skills in EN i was in crime orgs mostly there i spended time in crime orgs pretty much but bloods hit me different i had pretty smooth things with bloods when i was there i led alot of events sucessfully with numbers and it was pretty smooth no rule breaks happened when i leaded the situation same goes for EN3 also i leaded alot of events in Bloods had alot of good time there it was pretty smooth with the experience knowledge and skills good communication skills Good leading skills managing it properly with all of these I think i'm capable to run a sucessful term.
2.2 I always try to get new experience i was in most of the gangs because i liked it i spended my time mostly in gangs but now i want to experience something new after all these years getting experience knowledge learning skills i want to become a leader and run a sucessfull Term with least amount of rule breaks and try to do highest activity through out i have seen alot of people repeating same thing over and over again but i wanna do something different and unique.
2.3 I would try to Get the Highest Activity in the city People should be scared by hearing our Gang name Everytime whenever im in city i will make sure that we do the highest activities with no rule breaks everything smooth throu getting experienced people and with good communication and leading skills
I would make sure to Paint the Ghetto Red Hold max graffiti profits make sure no one removes our name from ghetto.
I would also avoid Favourtism I will treat everyone equal i would hear both sides so i can make sure no favourtism is going around in my gang
I will give people rank what they deserve with proper rank proof and knowlege experience.
I will also make a friendly vibe and make stronger bond so we can stay as a family not just a gang member Especially I would love to use constructive criticism I want my people to improve instead of Staying at same place
No toxicity will be tolerated.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will make sure to hire people with proper formal process so our gang doesnt lack of knowledge and break any rules.
3.2 I will do FZ Store hostage Gunstore etc as much as possible with proper RP situation and as much as possible with Proper RP situation so we have fun to do RP.
3.3 Rank chasers Favourtism Toxicity Gang Hopper Wont be tolerated they would be instantly Blacklisted from the Org and i will make sure to check Logs for that
3.4 Bonuses will be given within end of the day with proper proof and timing make sure that there is no one bonus farming Bonuses will be payed early so people dont have to wait for a long time
