Leader of Bloods Street Gang
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1: I want to become leader of Bloods because When put my step in the city of crime there were so many gangs to join but I personally like Bloods gang more so when i join Bloods I attend so much event and get experiences of all events. I spend a lot time in Bloods and due to my activity i got opportunity of deputy in Bloods and after getting that much experience in Bloods . So I decided to apply for gang leadership.
2.2: In every organization maximum leaders supports favoritism and this is not good for gangs organization so firstly i will not support favoritism which will effect organization. When I join Bloods i feel so much inactivity then other crime organization so secondly i will bring maximum members in Bloods so their will be no inactivity in Bloods . Thirdly I will attend events with maximum members.
2.3: I will try to give maximum bonuses to every member of organization so they will work more hard to dominate ghetto. I will make fear of Bloods in every state organization so they will think hundred times patrol in city or highway. If i lead this gang, the whole city move with my silence.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1: I will hire best deputies which can handle all situation without any problem.
3.2: I will try to hire people from all time zones so we cannot get less activity in night time.
3.3: I will try to run bloods without any rule break.
3.4: I will make good environment in organization.
3.5: I will make sure that everyone knows basics of gang rules and represents Bloods with fear.
