2.1 I have been in State organisations for almost my entire time on this project and the only times I have been in gangs and enjoying it was when I was in Bloods. , Bloods has a special place in 2.2 I want to become the leader of Bloods because I believe that I can contribute to this organization. Having served as Under-Deputy and High Command in illegal organizations, along with High Command roles in most illegal organizations, I understand how to manage members, and restore activity in organizations that are struggling. This experience allows me to identify issues early, correct them efficiently, and keep the organization stable and active. 2.3 I know how to motivate a team, recognize the potential of each member and direct them towards joint success. As the leader of bloods, I can further strengthen the organization and build a stable, coordinated team ready for all challenges. I see this as a perfect opportunity to gather active and loyal players who will represent a real team, not just a group of individuals. My desire is not only to lead, but also to create a community that has its own goal, story and pride.
