Hello Grand RP Administration, I have been referred to several forums back to back during the course of 3 days.
I'm getting a message stating account Blocked, reason refund: System admin. I have not intentionally asked for a refund and upon checking my account I don't see any refunds issued. I truly believe this was a mistake/system glitch. I understand the server rules about these type of policies and willing to provide screen shots of my credit card transactions to assist if needed. I Was Advised by Crazy M (Tech Admin) To report on this section not the technical section as I did previously, I Just Reported it to the complaint section and Johnny Odds Referred Me Back To The Technical Section and now I'm back to the complaint section as instructed by Crazy M For A Second Time. Can Someone please assist and resolve.
