2.1 Experience and understanding of gang roleplay
I have spent a long time (1002days)on this project and gained solid experience in roleplay, especially understanding how illegal organizations function. I know how important discipline, coordination, and proper decision-making are in a gang. Bloods Street Gang is an organization that requires strong leadership to stay active, organized, and respected, and I believe I have the mindset to handle that responsibility.
2.2 Building an active and organized gang environment
My main goal as a leader would be to create a structured but enjoyable environment where members know their roles clearly. I want to focus on regular activities such as ghetto control, graffiti, events, and proper RP situations without unnecessary rule breaks. An organized gang naturally becomes more active and feared in the city.
2.3 Fair leadership and growth of members
I strongly believe that favoritism destroys organizations. As a leader, I will judge members based on performance, loyalty, and RP quality only. Promotions will be earned, not given. I also want to guide newer members so they improve their RP skills instead of feeling lost, which helps the gang grow stronger as a whole.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1 Proper recruitment and discipline
Members should be recruited through a proper process so the organization does not suffer from rule breaks. Clear rules and expectations help maintain good RP quality.
3.2 Focus on realistic gang RP
Gang RP should not be only about shooting. Situations like hostage scenarios, turf control, graffiti wars, and street interactions should be handled with proper communication and roleplay to make it enjoyable for everyone involved.
3.3 Teamwork and zero toxicity
A gang works best when members respect each other. Toxicity, rank chasing, and gang hopping should not be tolerated. Strong teamwork and communication automatically improve RP quality and activity.
