i have been playing this rp for a long time and during this period i have learned how the city works and how different organizations operate i understand the rules, roleplay mechanics, and what makes a gang successful
another reason i want to lead the bloods is that i want to make the gang more active and organized i have experience managing teams and planning events and i believe i can motivate members so everyone contributes and enjoys roleplay while keeping everything smooth and rule-compliant
finally i want to lead because i want to help members improve their roleplay skills i’ve seen many players struggle or make mistakes and i want to guide them so they can learn, grow, and contribute to the gang’s success while keeping toxicity and favoritism out
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
to improve roleplay in the bloods i will focus on proper training and communication new members will be guided carefully so they understand the rules, rp commands, and realistic gang interactions senior members will mentor others and lead by example
i will encourage teamwork and coordination within the gang as well as with other organizations like rival gangs or state departments this ensures that active rp situations like robberies, hostage events, and turf battles feel realistic and fun
additionally i will reward active and rule-abiding members with bonuses, promotions, and recognition this motivates everyone to participate actively without breaking rules and helps maintain a positive and fair environment
i will also strictly prevent favoritism, rank chasing, or toxic behavior any member who disrupts the gang culture will be warned and guided, and repeated offenses will be dealt with fairly

Maximize graffiti profits and turf control
Maintain the most active gang in the city
Conduct as many rp events as possible (robberies, hostages, etc)
Guide and develop members to improve rp skills
