2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1st Reason: My Background and Experience
I have been in Li for almost 9-10 terms and have been working in the High Command position for 7 terms. When I came, I came as an ads trainee, then I gradually grinded my way up to HOD ads and after going to that position, I worked for the department with my best and learned a lot about the department. Along with that, I have learned the work of two more departments, creative and journalism, through double hat. In short, I have learned all the work and rules of all the departments of Li in these days, through which I have understood how much problem there is in which department and what can be the way to fix it. Moreover, I have worked as the Highest Command in the other organizations in the city, whether it is state or crime. Especially in the state organization, I have mainly done it as HR and while working in all the organizations in the Human Resource and Training Department, I have become a specialist in that department with experience. Basically, by working in these organizations, I have learned skills such as how to manage a department of an organization, how to manage conflicts among employees, how to fix the environment of the organization, etc., through working in these organizations.
2nd Reason: My Vision for Life Invader
My vision for Li is to maintain the systems that Li has, make LI better, make Li the best organization out of all the organizations in the city where citizens will be most interested in joining and not just for the ads department which Li is mainly known for. But I want to have two more departments, creative and journalism, so that citizens come to join and not just for ads. Moreover, to change LI into an organization where employees can work comfortably and relax, to create such an environment and work system so that all citizens will suggest joining LI, fulfilling these tasks, making Li the top organization is basically my vision for Li.
3rd Reason: Why Me as Life Invader Leader?
The main reason why I am the leader of Li is that I am a visionary leader whose target is to take Li to the top level. Then I have worked well in all the departments in Li and experienced them myself, which is good if you know about all the departments as a leader, it helps in organizational improvement or department improvement and makes it easy to take good decisions. Moreover, as a HC, I have observed the shortcomings of all the departments and have made a plan on how to improve them, but it is not possible to implement these ideas as a HC of a department, for which if I am the leader, I will try my best to improve those flaws as a leader. And the question is, how many applicants are there who have worked as leaders before, but despite them, why am I the leader? The reason for that is that I am a newcomer who has learned how to lead by working under many leaders or HCs, how to manage an organization as a leader and I have been grinding for the last 4-5 terms, gaining experience to become a leader. Through working for so long, I have observed and understood what to do for the current organization to be better, what to do to improve the departments and what is the current situation of the organization that will help me run the term. Then, the interest and motive that a newcomer leader will have. The way he will work for the organization as a new leader will be less than other former leaders because they have already been leaders for which there will be no interest or motive that a newcomer leader will have as a new one. Now, the skills that I have as a newcomer leader are - good leadership skill, good observation skill, together I know about the work of all the departments, these skills will help me manage the term as a leader. For that, I am a leader who has the proper vision, plan, dedication to represent the organization as CEO.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
There are total 4 departments in our li which can be improved. For example -
Ads department:
This ads department is the most important department of li in which citizen is more interested to join. Now there are some shortcomings of this department which are -
Recently employees cannot do ads well most of the ads have mistakes, then most of the PDA flood employees are not there for help. For which reasons citizens criticize the department and organization. What can be done to solve these problems is - employees hire kora for different timezone then ensure that employees are getting good training and give proper punishment for ads mistake which will reduce the ratio of mistakes and the department will not have to face the criticism.
Human resource department:
Human resource department is very important for the organization because training is provided from here. The problems here are - those who are becoming HR are coming to the department without proper knowledge or experience due to which the trainees do not get proper training. Then the medium through which they are coming to HR position is not a good medium. For which it is a problem to get good HR. What can be done to fix these problems is - a test system can be introduced for those who are becoming HR in the HR department from which it will be easy to identify how much knowledge or experience they have gained on the work of the department while becoming HR. Then after becoming HR, proper instruction and training should be given from the higher command about the work of HR so that he can provide proper training to the trainee.
Journalism department:
The main job of the journalism department is to cover news, create articles and conduct interviews in the city. But the problems in the department are - citizens are not interested in joining this department, employees do not want to do the work of the department properly. Therefore, to improve the department, an interesting system will have to be introduced, employees will have to be given proper instructions and training regarding their work, which will increase their interest in working in that department and so that the employee stays in the department.
Creative team:
This department is very important for the company because it organizes events on a regular basis for citizens or organizations and provides many types of services. Like- event hosting, birthday wishes, business promotion. This department is a little different and interesting where employees can show their creativity by working. But there are some shortcomings in the department which can be improved to make the department more interesting and better. So the problems are - lack of proper promotion system due to which employees join and work for a few days and become demotivated and quit working, lack of proper training etc. To fix these problems, a proper promotion system should be created. Through which the employee does not face any problem. Then actively give work on a daily basis so that they are engaged with the department.
So, finally, I would like to say that if I am selected as leader, my main priorities will be to fix and improve the problems of departments and organizations, through which the organization can play a better role and at the end, it can be made more strong, attractive, effective and interesting among the citizens.
