As you can see at time stamp 18:26 I was asking this undercover fib id 234645 for his passport so that I can check if he is fib or not he denyed to show his passport and then few minits later at time stamp 18:29 I asked the other fib guy id 226245 who was trespassing to show me his passport but he also didn't show it to me. Bought of them are claming that they are undercover fib but denyed to identify themselves.

No GR 6.4 found as there is as he is not on duty, failed to show passport while off duty is not GR 6.4
