I was arresting ID 437571 and she called his friend by doing MG. Already got the other forum approved for MG but I also want to report her for doing GR 3.1 as she said: "bro fkn dumb asses". That was said to me clearly as I was arresting her and she was pissed off obv. You can refer to this forum for more clarification as well. (she was using non rp all the time): Approved - MG | 391947

GR 3.1 was done exactly at 0:23 in the POV. Rest of it is just filler for the 1 min length.
