Rejected Demorgan for GR1.1| Shisui Vukovic

hello dear reader
two days ago i applied for admin possition and today i had a call with Shisui Vukovic and checked many things in my pc and told me you will get response soon
but when i tried loging in i found my account banned for 60days for GR 1.1
for clarification i dont have another account and i never gived my account to anyone , since i started playing i played for 3 playes and they are (sfax,tunisia)/(tunis,tunisia)/and (zarka,jordan)
i played in jordan when i travelled there two years ago
so i kindly requestion the reason of my ban and kindly request a meeting with mister Shisui Vukovic and kindly request an unban to my account
