Approximately 2–3 months ago, I was banned on EN3 due to an illegal Discord issue. However, as I also stated in the forums I opened at that time, I was not aware that the Discord server was illegal and had no prior knowledge of it. I clearly mentioned this in my statements. As soon as I realized that the server was illegal, I left the Discord immediately.
I submitted several requests for my ban to be reviewed and lifted, but unfortunately it was not removed. Because of this, I wanted to start a new page by beginning on EN2, with no prior history, no records, and a clean slate.
However, Admin Nik Payne penalized me on EN2 based on the violation I had previously received on EN3. That punishment on EN3 was not a project blacklist, but only a permanent ban. Despite the fact that I did not commit any violations on EN2, I was still punished there as well.
I respectfully ask that whatever is necessary be done regarding this matter. I truly believe that the punishment applied to me on EN2 is invalid and unjustified, as I did not do anything wrong there. I wanted to have a new start but I guess my finished before it started.
