So we did report for healing and River rejected it he say no healing and we did refutation got rejected again
rules say as what senior update it last time u are allowed to move if there is no player next to you or if u are not getting pushed
as u can see in bloods pov he heal he did not check his back and he move when his hand was still up (animation did not finish yet)
