2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have spent a significant amount of time within LEO organizations which has given me a deep understanding of the mechanics, protocols, and the specific role the SAHP plays in the state I want to use this experience to build a professional environment where troopers feel valued and motivated
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Instead of just hiring based on basic knowledge I would implement a mandatory Cadet Phase with training exercises This ensures every trooper knows how to conduct high-quality traffic stops, pursuits, and radio communications before they are solo-patrol authorized and I want to move away from the "cops and robbers" mentality where it's only about the chase I would encourage troopers to engage in more detailed investigative RP and interaction with civilians during non-hostile situations to make the world feel more alive and Leadership must lead by example. I would implement an Internal Affairs division that actually reviews bodycam footage By holding officers accountable for power-gaming or fail-RP we raise the standard for the entire server and ensure that interactions remain fair and immersive for the criminal side as well.
