Dear Administration Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am submitting this appeal regarding my permanent ban for GR 1.3 on the EN3 server. I would like to begin by sincerely apologizing for the situation and for any negative impact it may have caused. I fully respect the server rules and the decisions made by the administration team.
I would like to clearly state that I had no intention to scam or deceive any player. The incident occurred while I was selling a bundle of 34 electric cables in my shop at the beach market. These cables were offered as a single package, not as separated items. Unfortunately, due to my own mistake, the price was set incorrectly—most likely because I added an extra zero without realizing it.
I did not use any misleading methods, such as separating items or hiding prices. I placed the bundle for sale and stepped away from my computer, without noticing the pricing error. I understand now that this was a serious mistake, and I take full responsibility for not double-checking the price before listing the item.
I am a long-term and dedicated player with a character age of 51 years, and I have invested a significant amount of time into my roleplay experience on this server. I genuinely enjoy EN3, its community, and the friendships I have built here. It would make no sense for me to intentionally commit a scam and risk losing everything I worked hard for.
At the time of the incident, I was not fully aware that overpricing alone could be considered scamming, and I did not receive a warning beforehand. This is not an excuse, but rather an explanation of my misunderstanding. Since then, I have reviewed the rules carefully to ensure that this situation will never happen again.
I respectfully ask you to please review my punishment and consider giving me a second chance, whether through a reduced penalty or another form you find appropriate. I can assure you that I have learned from this mistake and that I will be much more careful and responsible in the future.
Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal and for considering my request. I truly hope to be given the opportunity to return and continue my roleplay journey on your server in a respectful and rule-abiding manner.
Kind regards,
