I got punished for mixing? For saying what? What the gods tell us in game? "Clip it and post it on the forums"? Or the Acronym I used which I don't see in the discord or forum rules, VDM. There's "Car Ramming - Using a vehicle to crash into people or vehicles.", but no VDM.

Even then, whos to say that's not all IC anyway.

If I gotta call this "God FaceBook" or something IC, fine, whatever, still cant find Mixing in the rules either so I don't understand the specifics of why I got muted.

Look, I'm glad I didn't get demo or a warning, but I effectively cant play for an hour and a half because I cant talk or type. Unless I want to waste gas and ignore people.

In your own evidence POV you clearly said Non RP terms like 'VDM' and 'Dont worry, I clipped it abd I will post this on Forums.'

VDM and forums both are NON RP terms and you were using them in RP situation. So, you received mute for MIxing.
