Dear Higher Ups
i was banned for ER 1.7(Fam War). i would like to respectfully explain my situation. I recorded my full bodycam using NVIDIA Recording Software and before entering the Fam War, i verified that my video qualitry was set to 720p HD but unfortunately, due to an Nvidia recording glitch, my bodycam was recorded in 360p. I fully respect administration's decisions and sincerely aplogize for this mistake. i kindly request you to review my punishment history, as this is my first time being banned for this reason. i humble request you to please consider lifting or reducing my ban. I assure you that this issue will not occur again in the future, and i will double cheack all recording settings before participating in any events.
